Included usage
How monthly AI usage works.
Agency includes monthly AI usage, and Scale includes the highest monthly AI usage. The in-app meter shows the percentage used across your workspaces.
- It resets on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused usage doesn't roll over.
- When you reach your plan's monthly AI usage limit, generation pauses until it resets.
- There are no automatic overage charges and no purchased top-ups.
- Lighter text tasks run on a smaller Claude model, and eligible brand-context caching helps the allowance go further.
- Charts and history views don't use any of it.
- Canva is billed separately. ChatGPT and Claude chat subscriptions don't cover API usage.
Trust and support
Support asks first.
Only the workspace owner can approve Support Admin access. It's temporary and read-only, every request and view is logged, and it doesn't use a teammate seat.
Support can't edit, schedule, publish or delete anything, change billing, or see your stored keys and connection tokens.
Scale adds priority support on top of that.
Where your data goes
AI requests send the selected client's workspace context and any references you supply to the provider you chose. Each request draws on one client's context, and every enabled brand document for that client is included.

How do I get started?
Choose a plan, create your first client workspace and fill in the brand questionnaire. Add the brand documents you have, connect Canva, and you're ready to draft.
Do I need my own AI key?
On Studio, yes. You bring an OpenAI or Claude API key and pay that provider for usage. Agency includes monthly AI usage, and Scale includes the highest monthly AI usage.
Does my ChatGPT or Claude subscription cover it?
No. Chat subscriptions don't fund API usage. An API key is billed separately by the provider.
What happens when I use up my monthly AI usage?
Generation pauses until the allowance resets on the first of the month at 00:00 UTC. Nothing is charged automatically, and top-ups aren't available.
Does the AI make my images?
No. Forthquill doesn't make artwork. You design in Canva. Autofill puts drafted copy and photos you approved into layouts you approved.
Do I need Canva?
Canva is where the visuals get made. You can link designs and import finished graphics. Autofill needs an eligible paid Canva plan, and Canva is billed separately.
What do the AI providers receive?
The selected workspace's context and any references you supply, sent to the provider you chose. Each request draws on one client's questionnaire and enabled documents.
Which networks can I publish to?
Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube. Manual-post reminders cover anything you'd rather post by hand. See the formats for each network
Can clients approve without making an account?
Yes. You send a review link that works without a login for 72 hours. The reviewer can view, comment, request changes or approve. They can't edit content, and an approval covers the saved version only.
How many clients and teammates can I have?
One owner can run up to 10 client workspaces. Each workspace has 1 owner, up to 3 teammates and 1 client reviewer.
